Pooled List

We have recently moved all our patients to a pooled list.

This means that rather than having a registered GP and a usual GP, everyone will now be part of the pooled list and have a usual GP.  The usual GP is responsible for monitoring your medications, acting on any incoming results and managing any correspondence incoming from the hospital.

This does not change the service we offer you and you can still speak to the GP of your choice.
