Introducing Emma AI

We would like to inform patients that our practice will soon be introducing Emma AI, a new digital tool designed to support our reception team and improve access to the practice.

Emma AI helps GP practices manage patient enquiries more efficiently and improve access to care. It uses secure technology to support administrative tasks such as signposting patients to the right services and helping practices handle high volumes of requests more smoothly.

At present, Emma AI is not yet in use at our practice. We’re in the late stages of reviewing how it could support our team and patients while maintaining the high standards of confidentiality, safety, and care expected across the NHS.

When introduced in the future, Emma AI would not replace clinical staff. Instead, it would act as a support tool to help streamline processes and free up more time for our clinicians to focus on patient care.
