The Wellbeing service can help you to find local wellbeing information and services. You can find more information on their website Chichester Wellbeing Service You are able to self refer to the wellbeing service and someone will then contact you directly.
From this website to the teams in your local area, you can get advice and support on how to make small changes to improve your health and wellbeing, including how to stop smoking, how to become more active or how to make your meals healthier.
Chichester Wellbeing is a friendly and impartial service which comes from your local authority and other partners, the majority of our services are completely free to users.

We have launched our new FREE Wellbeing Check In Service. Book a 15 minute 1-1 phone consultation with one of our Wellbeing Advisors where you can check in on how this year has been for you and any healthy lifestyle improvements that you would like to make in 2021. Support and advice is on offer for a wide range of topics including: mental wellbeing, work life balance (including working from home) healthy eating, introductions to exercise, menopause, smoking cessation, alcohol awareness, home energy improvements, and many more. Each small change you make can make a big difference!
