If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help when we are closed, you should call the NHS 111 service, visit a local pharmacy, visit an urgent treatment centre (UTC) or in an emergency call 999.
NHS 111 can provide urgent advice or treatment for problems arising outside normal surgery hours and you may be invited to attend an out-of-hours clinic. Please note that your call may be recorded.
Please telephone 111 to access this service between 6.00pm and 8.30am on weekdays and all hours during the weekends and Bank Holidays.
The Out of Hours Service is unable to issue repeat prescriptions. These will need to be requested and collected during weekdays from the surgery.
For more information regarding the 111 service, please click here.
Out-of-hours services are generally busy so please think carefully before asking to see a doctor and only do so if you genuinely cannot wait until the surgery re-opens.
Local pharmacies are able to help with a number of conditions. You can check if they are able to help you by reviewing the below link
